FLATIRON Capital was established by a team of investors with more than 15 years of experience in project finance and real estate.

The founders of the project are FORCE Capital and founding members of the e-commerce group MITON.

The holding company FLATIRON Capital a.s. focuses on the early stages of development projects. Here we provide finance for the acquisition of land or other forms of real estate. We choose our clients carefully – a mutual agreement on how to evaluate the given area and what the ideal project solution would be is very important to us. These are typically small to medium-sized projects, in which we feel most competent. Our capital is, of course, always secured by liens on real estate and business shares. This phase usually ends with obtaining a building permit.

We tend to view cooperation with our clients from a long-term perspective. It means we continue to act as an active strategic partner for some of the provided acquisitions. The clients do not have to pay back the provided finances immediately. They further concentrate on the implementation of the project, i.e. its construction and subsequent sale or lease. During this phase of our cooperation, we always have full control over the main principles and the course of the economic plan. We only choose partners with high added value, who we perceive as experienced and we can see their results from previously executed transactions.
