A hydroelectric power plant with an installed capacity of 30 kW + another 30 kW reserve for future use. Utilizing the remaining 30 kW is currently being negotiated to increase power to a total of 60 kW. We expect the approval of E.ON distributions at the 2020 tariff.

MVE is located on the river Nežárka near the town Veselý n. Lužnicí in southern Bohemia. It was acquired in a problematic condition, unfinished and burdened with debts.
Recently, the settlement of creditors, the takeover of real estate and movable property, and its technological completion have taken place under our leadership. Camera monitoring, an application enabling remote access, and automatic screen cleaning were set up. All final inspections were completed and the license for the proper operation was transferred.
- At present, MVE is in trial operation ready for EXIT by sale in 2020.
