This project presents low-energy family semi-detached houses, which were designed to provide a great combination of living in a peaceful environment with a rural character and enjoying all the comforts of life in the district town of Benešov.

Young families have found there a safe environment for their children to grow up and elderly people an ideal place for active leisure and relaxation.

• The project consists of modern semi-detached houses, or more precisely, of four housing units with a garden.
• Each unit is a 5 bedroom flat with a kitchenette and a terrace with a total living area of 142.5 m2.
• The estate size is 682 m², the built-up area is 98.5 m².
• Completed by a final inspection and a successful sale in 2019.
